Our loyalty program was launched since 2014, as a benefit for our loyal customers. As a member of Floria Club, you’ll be given a status: SILVER, GOLD or PLATINUM.
How can I be part of the loyalty program?
You create an account on our website
You fill in the necessary data
You place at least one order, to reach the minimum amount that grants a status.
Once you’re part of the club, you’ll benefit from the following:
Discounts for any order
Discount vouchers for your friends
Priority for your phone number in our call center
Each status is granted according to the total amount of the finalized orders you placed in the last year. Therefore:
SILVER client
Granted for finalized orders of a minimum of 102 euro
10% off* for every order
Discount vouchers for your friends
*does not apply to products that are already discounted
**10% x 5/year
GOLD client
Granted for finalized orders of a minimum of 304 euro:
15% discount*

PLATINUM client
Granted for finalized orders of a minimum of 607 euro:
20% discount*

General terms and program details
In order to become a member of Floria Club, you must be registered on our website, with a valid email address.
You’ll be granted your status automatically, once you reach the minimum amount required. Benefits from the program cannot be inherited. The status is granted for one year.
Floria Digital SRL can operate changes on the program at any time, without prior notifications.
